Invested a lot in pre-drops and found myself returning and exchanging pretty much every item. I really believed this brand was different but after seeing some other comments and people selling on their H.O.S purchases due to the same disappointment, I am here writing this review to let you know how it really is with this well-marketed brand.
You'll wait months, patiently for the pre-drop to arrive on your doorstep just to find out that the quality is shocking, there are added embroidered and printed logos which are not displayed in the photos and the sizes are SO off. The jeans....my god xD Multiple times have tried sizes down and up and they are not right.
Good luck with refunds because you will have to chase them up yourself, EVERY TIME. One time I actually forgot about a refund and was confused to see a delayed refund a couple of months later!!!!
Customer service is shocking and its a shame to see a brand with so much potential and individuality design-wise go downhill so quickly and the overall quality of clothes are shocking and overpriced massively. I ordered the Bay tracksuit which looked so beautiful online, thick quality displayed well all over Instagram and shot well on their website, I received this thin, cheap-looking tracksuit (made in china) which had big House Of Sunny green embroidered logo which looked like 6-year-old hand-rendered typography on both the top and bottoms. You can see the lining of the pockets and my underwear xD) I looked closely in all the photos and they did not display this detail, they did this with the dalmation jeans too. They put a sloppy logo on some really nice clothes. It is a real shame. Why not show this on displayed images or at least add this is product details? It isn't even a small logo that's the problem.
When I showed them this see-though tracksuit on Instagram they showed no interest whatsoever. I had high hopes for this brand I really did. I understand they are a small company but they really aren't that sustainable when you think about it. Clothes are manufactured in China, sizing is off completely and also having to return/exchange makes this whole sustainable brand thing laughable. Just selling the idea of pre-drop to make hype for a cheap brand who really don't care about their customers and ignore refunds.
Really really terrible customer service. Treat and deal with their customers disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Lovely clothes but will never shop there again as money is clearly all they’re interested in and not the value of their customers and supporters. What a horrid company.

I love my new Hockney Dress! But you have to have a little patience because it is on preorder.
I didn't notice the high tax price. When my sweater came in did I need to buy 40eu above the price of sweater. I thought this was included the shipping price. So I connected House Of Sunny with instagram, if it was possible to return the item. They told me it would be fine (:
The DENIM and all knit pieces. My new favorite place to splurge. I have 5 pieces from them and they are all stunning! Also id like to think of pre-ordering as past me treating future me for a surprise and so far Ive always been satisfied ????❤️. Will continue to shop
I received my Paradise Set about a day ago and I wore it out today for maybe 15 minutes and the center seams of the pants have become undone. I am extremely upset as this set was a big investment for me and I was really counting on the quality of the product.I cannot return it anymore because I removed the tags but I wanted to tell you guys am quite unhappy with this purchase. I bought the Hockney dress and it was really well made, nothing like this
The clothes are always such high quality and come on or before the day they were meant to!
House of Sunny always comes up with the most unique styles that are to die for - love their sustainability initiatives, and that they are reputable and consistent about delivery times and quality of products. I own a few items from here and will continue to shop here over time! :)
Somehow I am obsessed with House of Sunny. Everything they create makes me want to buy it. Their quality is really good and every time I see one of their items hanging in my closet it makes me smile.
Incredible sustainable clothing, that are flattering & comfortable. Sizing is generous, so I know I am always purchasing my size with no doubts on needing to exchange, which I love as it means the brand is size inclusive and is ensuring anyone who wants to feel fabulous in their stunning prints, can!
A very transparent, modern minded brand, that truly is focused on care and happiness of their customers!
